Shipping Policy

All orders are packed and dispatched from our facility at 709 Kingsway, Gymea, New South Wales 2227, Australia.

Order processing

Orders are picked and packed in insulated packaging with gel packs and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times

Sydney metropolitan area: 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.
Other Australian metropolitan areas: 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.
Regional and remote areas: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight and the delivery service selected. The total shipping charge is shown before you confirm payment.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched we send a tracking number by email. Please track your parcel and arrange for someone to receive it promptly, as our products are perishable and must be placed in a freezer on arrival.

Delivery issues

Please ensure the delivery address and contact details on your order are correct. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or nobody was available to receive it, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.
